Preparing for your 1st Day
  • No bookings necessary - Please arrive 20 mins early to register.  You must be on your mat & ready 5 mins prior to class commencing.  No late arrivals permitted.
  • Come well hydrated and on an empty stomach.  Hydrate at least 2 hours before class and rehydrate for 2 hours after.  We recommend drinking 3-4 litres of water on the days you practice.
  • Avoid eating 2-3 hours before class but something light like a piece of fruit 1/2 hour before to keep your blood sugar up is fine.
  • Wear light workout clothing - it's hot so be prepared to sweat!
  • Bring a large towel, water and a yoga mat. Bring a second towel if you plan to shower after class - we hire/sell these at the studio for your convenience.
  • Do keep an open mind , heart, bring your smiling, happy face - this is the first day of the rest of your life.
  • Come back soon - within 24-48 hours if possible. 
  • Make the most of your introductory period.  Practice often when you start out and you will quickly adjust to the environment, the postures, and start to feel fabulous!
